RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Tshirts and Apparel
Any product received that is damaged, misprinted or defective must be returned within 5 days after the product has been received. Please contact us before sending an item and for further instructions at email@example.com. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you provide an address that is considered incorrect or insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
No returns or exchanges, but please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems with your order.
We do not issue replacements for:
-Lost orders with incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
-Products that were received as requested, however, the customer wishes to have another size/color instead
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been processed as most of our items are custom made to order and are automatically sent for fulfillment once an order is placed. Check the size guide chart available on every apparel description. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any doubts and before returning any products.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then we will exchange your product. If the damage is due to Wonderland we will cover a new item and shipping. If the damage is due to USPS and no insurance was purchased, we can not provide a replacement.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
